Range is hot .... an invitation to a shooting range

Lets remember that pistols are not weapons. They are tools. Only assholes can turn them into weapons just like bats, golf clubs, cars, etc.

I couldn't agree more.

There were three who attended today that own handguns and have the appropriate licences from our wonderful goverment. I feel we all made sure that those who were new to this sport wouldn't shot themselves or anyone else.

It was really fun .....
We had three different guns, and rifle with a scope ....
Bobbi nailed a 20cm diameter target about 150m down the range



ps. 1.. just one question .... if Squirrel was with us ... who was looking after the perbertian fire?
2.. on the squirrel target .... mine are four holes in a row under the large round white circle ........ ohhh, forgot to add ... and the fifth to the right of it .... dam it .... lost this one ....
3.. and something Kev and I noticed ( but we don't mind it at all )... the response we got to our invitation was about 5:1 ...... girls versus guys .... I guess... girls want it more

I had a blast!! I loved shooting all the different guns. I'd have to say the .40 was my favorite. I like big strong guns!

Nothing more sexier than a beautiful woman firing of multiple rounds from a pistol.

Weekends are fine too ... the problem with the weekends is that range is full of people ... not that we do anything that other people should not see ... it is just nice to have all range for ourselves ..... but... if enough people will say weekend ..... we will do it on weekend.

Good point VM, but if we go early on a Saturday or a late afternoon on a Sunday, would the range be a little less crowded? At least that was what I found with the range that I belonged to last.

early Saturday, you cannot shoot large calibre at this range ... just too much noise and the neighbours do not appreciate it.
I shoot a few times late Sunday .. and couple of times I was on my own .... 5pm might work

I would need recalibrate my reloader at a cost of 80.00CA or so to load 9mm. Its a kit you buy from Dillion. --- Kev
