Blend a cup of coffee with 1 tbsp ghee & 1 tbsp MCT oil. It’s basically a keto latte.
But it can upset ones stomach if they haven’t yet accustomed themselves to coconut oil. I never had an issue, but I naturally found myself on a high fat diet before going keto in the first place. I find it sharpens my attention span.
