In theory that is how it should be, where the ladies set their own rates. Fact is though the ladies are pressured by the other ladies and in some cases, management to charge the kartel rates
Exactly. April would have been fired a long time ago for not charging MP Cartel pricing. And Dallas as well for that matter.
The reason for Rachel leaving 118th studio was her decision. She's much happier at Angel Spa.
I seen her at Angels yesterday and she is retiring Monday. Nothing to do with prices or anything like that, she told me she is pursuing a career in another field and just decided to move on. She is only 20 so at that age she has plenty of options. I wish her well and hope she finds what she is looking for in life.
It comes down to drama Mick, you don't know what your talking about.
It's hard enough to get girls to get along with each other but you don't need them causing fights and saying management is messed up to new girls when they just been hired. They won't stay. She never got along with the management from the start, personality conflict.
We all wish the best to her in her future endeavors.

Yes, a personality conflict would be an issue
So tell me April, how do you handle the sp's that are not charging the kartel rates (or are accused of or percieved to be not charging the rates) and the resulting drama it causes?
And yes Alyson, the sp's are free to charge and offer whatever they like, but how do you handle the ensuing drama of and sp that is undercutting kartel rates or services?
And yet she got along just fine with management and co-workers at Angel Spa. Makes me think that maybe she wasn't the problem.

Micro rates vary from $210 to $240 for the hour, while the majority of backpage girls asking $250 to $300.
Seeing that you often advertise a $200 hourly special I would have to say your statement is not totally true.

I got a message from Rachel a few days ago and it turns out her retirement was short lived. Very short lived as she informs me she is back at Angels. Perhaps I should post my review now as she indicated she will be back on Angels schedule as early as today.

I would say she will not hire the girl if she doesn't agree with the price structure put in place by Alyson

Strange it only took a month for Alyson to reply... And yet your quote in red clearly indicates that the prices ARE set
It seems that Rachel went back to Angel Spa for one shift and has since disappeared. Very strange.

Damn, that really sucks Mick. She was great and I was looking forward to seeing her again. I noticed a few ads posted but nothing in the last little while and she hasn't posted much which is unusual for her. Strange is an under statement, hope it is nothing bad.
