R&T Tips?

Where can one go for a simple R&T in this city, and at what price? Leolist prices are excluding tips, which leaves me in the dark. Does nowhere offer package deals where the price is known up-front?

but it helps to look through the massage section of PERB as well and cross reference it for reviews.
