Can anyone recommend R&T places in South Vancouver and Richmond area? Nothing fancy but a no BS and a plain good ol' fashion HJ/HE massage with reasonable rate. Not into independent providers. I'm a bit cautious going into private residences. Don't know what's lurking behind the door/wall (hidden cameras, jealous BF, nosy neighbors, etc). Hope not asking too much. Thank you.

Hot Spring is a good place. I have been there a few times in the past. Parking is in rear, alley access. The girls at that time where pretty young. But i can not recall names or cost.
At that time, the manager/owner?? mentioned she had a lot of girls on rotation. I am not sure if all asian, or a mix.
I think it is worth a try...why not!

There’s also Fern’s place Marpole Beauty.
Reviews are also hit and miss.
I personally like Fern but her shop is kinda “meh”. She’s able to get young cuties to work there but it seems they don’t stick around long.
Coming from North Van myself I really don’t see the point in making the trek there just for mediocre service and no money saved at all, compared to places like Tiger etc.
Hence I haven’t been there in a long time.

Finally worked up the courage to walk in. Apparently there are 2 stores in the same mall. Both were very busy. First was greeted my an older lady. She said her name was Judy. Nice body and nice rack from behind her outfit. She was busy for the next hour and told me to check downstairs. There were 2 ladies there. The older one (Coco) came out to greet me and said to come back in one hour. The younger lady looked quite nice but I didn't quite get her name. It could be Lucy or Susie or similar sounding. I couldn't wait one hour so I left. Can't believe they were busy in the middle of the day! Plan to make an appointment next time I'm in Richmond. Will call first as the ladies told me.
