R&T in L.A. or Honolulu Recommendation?

I'm going to have some idle time in Los Angeles and Honolulu soon. Can anyone recommend a therapeutic-style massage practitioner who also provides a good happy ending? And for a reasonable rate, as I'm a cheap SOB. Someone like Raine would be excellent. Preferably an outcall to hotel near airport. Or failing that an incall near the airport.

Yes, I'm checking TER, ISG, CL, etc. etc. But if I can get a personal recommendation, that would be more reassuring.

Just one bit of info, LA and HI are both very expensive. I was in HI in June 2006 and never found a bargain. Never found anything worth my time actually.
