R.I.P Monica/Candace

Not sure how many of you know that our Monica/Candace passed away last month.... I just stumbled upon it...!!!

No details in the obit.... she was an amazing woman both in and out of this biz, I, for one, will miss her beauty, charm and that wicked sense of humour!

OMG...that is so sad! I got to know her very well several years ago, and talked to her on the phone for at least 20 minutes when she returned back to MB and we planned on getting back together , but alas it didnt happen. That is so sad. She was a sweetheart!

Some time ago a woman missing in the Gimli area,they found her body sometime later,the pic they gave was Foxy

I didn't know Monica/Candace but I did know Foxy,and yes she is indeed deceased.

I don't know about her parents, but she told me she was looking after her disabled adult son.

I found the news item, and it's definitely Foxy. What a shame!

I thought about posting it when it was news but decided against it due to discretionary reasons.I would estimate her to be early 50's,she did look to have a rough life.She told me she was looking after her mother.

According to the article I found, she was 51. That ties in exactly with the age she advertised when she was an active SP (45 and 46).

She told me had taken a one year leave of absence from her job, and I believe that's how long she was an SP. She apparently returned to her job after the year was up. As for which family member she was looking after, she may have told different stories to avoid giving potentially identifying information while still engaging in friendly chit-chat. She was a lot of fun.

I read Foxy's obit, she was 51 and only had a daughter according to it, it also stated she was predeceased by both of her parents

Foxy was an amazing SP, and seemed very level headed every time I saw her. Similar to others she told me she was looking after her parents who were both close the end of there lives, and as per her Obit she was predeceased so does make sense.

She was missed as a SP and will be missed as a lady living life.

I had great chemistry with this lady and continued to see her few for awhile after she left the business. Let's just say that this lady had a lot on her plate. Her parents where not doing very well, and she spent a lot of time with them. I was shocked to read this thread, but I hadn't chatted with her in well over a year now. Very giving lady, she will be missed.

OMG......Foxy was a incredible lady....i kept in contact with her for a long time...last time I saw her was almost 2 years ago...and last time I talked to her was about 9 months ago....and in fact we had made plans to meet again ..and then I couldnt reach her.....she really took her parents death hard whom she looked after and nursed right till the end......omg...I had pretty deep feelings for this lady..this one really hurts......IMHO she was a amazing lady , who made great sacrifices for others.....

I saw Monica/Candace several time, several years ago and then again maybe three or so years ago. She was a good person. I am glad to have known her and am sorry to hear she has passed away.
