When you post a lady’s name then 4 numbers follow- what are those numbers? Last 4 digits of their phone number to tell the difference between the Stacey’s and Bambi’s?

Those refer to their phone numbers. Go to LeoList and when looking at escort listing for the area click on search, put those four digits in the keyword - it will show you the ad for the girl. Ads frequently get deleted and put up again, so links to their ads become useless after a bit. But numbers stay the same, so you'll see the ad for the lady.
