I see you were busy recently, and delete key on your keyboard probably did wear out a bit, but this is not my question.

In your recent sticky, you said:

Are you saying that this board is only for active pooners, and should be used as pooning directory?
I dare to disagree with you. There are lots of activities that sprang out in the PERB lounge, and no connection to sexual activities described in the review sections. PERB has lots more to offer then just reviews.
Let me tell you what is planned for this year:

PA Meetings - SWG has taken over organizing it... and I'm sure many meetings will happen next year. ( open to all, as the info is posted .... in THE LOUNGE )

Robson Report - the group is growing, we go to different places for "window shopping", or just talk about people ( open to all who wants to come ... OK, almost all )

Robson Review - didn't happen last year, but I'm sure it will happen this year. SORRY, but all positions of the judges are filled up already. We also have a photographer. Full report will be posted .... in THE LOUNGE

PSG - as soon as the weather will improve, we will start it again. I heard some rumors, we might have a topless shooting competition .... what a photo opportunity. Again .... this is open to almost all perberts ( by almost all, I mean.... one has to have some posts here ). Last few events ... were fun.
We might also go to different shooting ranges this year, all TBA .... in THE LOUNGE

Remembering how much fun were Little Alex's dinners .... I plan to continue this tradition. I'm sure, there will be many people interested in attending

Some people might find girls digging cars out of mud, not very appealing, but

I'm sure our 2006 trip will be well planned and advertised. Plan is to drive to the top of Shannon Falls. Short off-road drive, only about 17km, and climbs just to about 1000m.

Powerboat .... I know they can be noisy, but just imagine a trip from Granville Island to Spanish Bank and back .... again ... what a photo opportunity. I already did a "test run" ....

Sailboat .... a trip to Victoria and back... just for starters

Online poker game - one happen last year, and I'm sure, we will have more this year.
I also heard about a possible live game, so all the poker fans .... ask around.

Not to mention all the activities in private clubs and groups that perbland is full of.

So, dear MOD, if you think, that PERB should be all about reviews, all about business, and no fun outside of bedroom..... join the BOARD of Vancouver City Hall.

If I can touch on comment #2 I believe it's common sense to judge the seriousness of the post and know when a stupid comment is O.K. and not O.K.

That said the forum (IMO) is no different than any group of people you are around alot. You get to know who you can joke with and who you can't.

Guys like Vanman, hifi, LG, squirrel, plenty others too and some of the ladies can dish it out as well as take it and thats good. The boards no fun if we all have to be serious as a heart attack.

There is one other group that I did want to mention. The professional lurker. With the advent of chat, there have been many lurkers begin to pop in. I am referring here to members, some of whom have been around since the beginning, without a single post. Those folks, I encourage to post something, anything! PERB has strength in numbers, it would be great if we all get involved.

May I make one recommendation ? Give them a 3 month brace period once their account has been activated and if they dont post something by then, ban their ass!!!

That might be going a bit far, some of the lurkers are starting to chat.

It is annoying to see people in chat who have no posts, and say nothing at all!! That is the Lurking I hate

Seriously..... THX for your comments ..... Maybe I'm sensitive about The Lounge .... It is the place I spend all my perbertian time in, and would hate to see it clamp by a hardliner MOD ( ). I think this forum might have a format of a "safety vent" for some, discussion forum, and whacking material.

As Hitrack said .... I do not see this board any different from let say "cars and I" ( they too are ogling "bodies" on the street) or "I love computers" (they deal with viruses) groups ....

As for the lurkers, I remember one who did show on one of the PA meetings ... he never posted anything, but wanted to be part of PA craziness.

in addition to next year ideas ... got a PM with another one .... Charity event.
