BBPS = bareback pussy slide (aka. cameltoe slide).
I've heard that it's just as risky as BBFS, but that seems maybe a bit alarmist. I don't think anyone would claim it's perfectly safe, but so long as there is no contact between the tip of your penis and the inside of her vagina.. is it as risky as BBFS?

Hi odyssey1234

It can be difficult to work out the exact risk for different types of sex. There has been lots of studies done on how STI transmit the only problem is that most of these studies have only looked at vaginal, anal and oral sex. What I can do is give you a bit of an idea based on how the STI like to pass.

I have to admit that the term BBPS is new for me so let me know if I got this correct. I am guessing that the man has an erect penis which is sliding between the inner moist lips of the vagina is this right? I will write my responses based on this happening.

With the infections that like to pass from skin to skin or from genital sores like syphilis, herpes simplex virus (HSV) and HPV I see no difference with risk with BBPS when compared with BBFS for both people.

With STI like gonorrhea and chlamydia they pass from the fluid in the urethra (at the tip) or the vaginal fluid. I guess if theses two fluids don't mix I don't see how it could be transmitted.

In regard to HIV, the virus would be in the vaginal fluids so if there are any cuts, friction burn from sex or an STI like HSV the virus could get in. HIV can also get into the body through the urethra (pee tube) or the moist skin on the underside of the foreskin, keeping fluid off these two areas would help. In terms of HIV passing to the woman you would either need the mans blood or semen (cum) getting into your body. Doesn't sound like this will happen with BBPS. I believe the risk of HIV to the man would be lower with BBPS when compared with BBFS.

What about if the lady is sitting and grinding on my upper thigh or ass while nude? Would syphilis transfer that way? I am also thinking of body slides as well.

Hi gymguy

I guess anything is possible with the right conditions especially with syphilis as it is one of the STI that is easy to pass to someone else.

At the same time syphilis needs to get through the skin and the skin on the ass and upper thigh are fairly thick, given this I think the chances of this happening are small.

The good thing is that you can get a blood test for syphilis and it can be treated with antibiotics. I think this is the reason that syphilis is not a common STI.

We are still finding that most people who get syphilis do not remember any symptoms. Any doctors office can order a syphilis test and most people just get it done when they go for HIV testing.
