Question (Newbie)

Hello, super sorry if this is the wrong place to write a question. I am 21, from Victoria BC, I am new to this stuff. I wanted to try my first "massage" and I am seeing people drop these reviews on here and it seems like they are mentioning this stuff about bbbj and I was wondering how you are instantly knowing they are clean and all that stuff and know they are telling the truth. Is it just their fee you're paying for, or also their taxi ride over. Is it also overkill to not pay through etransfer and stuff like masking my identity?
