Question for the Mods: Deleted Threads

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but would it be possible to post an explanation whenever a thread is deleted by one of the Mods? Maybe create a new sticky or even include this info in the penalty box sticky. I realize this would be more work for the Mods but it would save a lot of confusion and speculation when threads go missing. It might even enlighten some of us as to what constitutes inappropriate content in our posts/reviews. Am I way out of line with this request?

Poor VMan lost all his hard work in the blonde pics thread.

Yeah, and I lost my "work" on my PERB romances you'd like to see come to fruition thread because some trolls hijacked it... oh well... easy come, easy go.

No, Thread Lenny is still around... that one was a CLASSIC... one that came out of nowhere and ended up being a real gem... it's like making something out of nothing... I mean, look at what I had to work with... I had LENNY.... and I had his post numbering scheme... and from that I created one of the greatest threads since the start of PERB... oh wait, since the beginning of this century... no wait, since the beginning of time... maybe I should stop before my head gets too big... oh wait, it already is... or maybe I'm just kidding... well, "we'll see about that!"

i also would like more explantion why some threads are pulled and not others, the blonde pic thread was cool but it got pulled

sometimes I feel we are just a "problem" for mods .... it would be best if nobody post anything, and advertisers would pay ... then wait ..... maybe we could shut down PERB and save a bundle .... but keep advertisers $$ ..... yes.. I'm pissed .... blondes is only one of the threads that went bye-bye ... there are more ..... but ...... who really cares ...... I don't ..... anymore

Any IDEA why it was pulled? Maybe the blondes were distracting the pooners from the paid advertisers? Maybe the blondes were hotter than the average paid advertiser? Or perhaps the thread took up too much bandwidth?

Why would the "Anonymous chicks I'd like to f*ck" thread in The Lounge be deleted? There were some new posts added to it this week, but it began too long ago to have been deleted by the poster who started it. Nothing controversial about it. Was it just too long?
