If a guy has had a stroke recently, and when he gets out of the hospital, and back pooning, would you prefer that he mentions it, or no?
Same with other medical history, such as a broken back from a car accident in the past, broken pelvis, etc.

I would imagine they mention it if its relevant and necessary info. I recall reading about that before, but otherwise other non essential info can remain with the user. So I suppose broken Pelvis is important if you mention they cant grind away that much due to pain etc...but the stroke is definitely an interesting one... cant wait to hear the feedback

Definitely, the more we know the better the session will be . You don’t have to get into too much detail but it helps for sure . X

You may mention in passing that you had hurt you back/ hip before, that you'd like to be careful. i.e. Don't say you broke them.

As for the stroke, take any necessary medication and know your limits. The SP is not your doctor and doesn't need or want to know your medical history. Full disclosure can actually do more harm than good, as some women can easily be put off even if you're already a regular. (Don't ask how I know.)

Well I am sorry for you. My experience is totally different. When you share relevant things sps have trust and they share thing as well. with regular you develop trust more intimacy. That my experience.

As already illustrated here, every provider/pooner is different and would deal with this situation in various ways. The SPs are not, for the most part, registered care givers
and should not be expected to necessarily be knowledgable in their approach.
And I don't think you'll get a fair representation here from SPs who'd rather not have to deal with extra-fragile customers, as that stance might appear to some as uncaring, cold, and too business-like.
But it is their livelihood and totally up to them as to how they wish to proceed.
As usual, no one-size-fits-all solution. IMHO.

I'm more curious if they would rather be told, or not told.

Sure not expecting to be treated special, or asking for health care.

Its in some ways still new to me still.
A few years ago I was extremely healthy despite the scars.
Nearly died when hit head on by a drunk driver, and it busted me up bad, changing my life forever, and not for the better.
Then 12 days ago had a stroke, seemingly out of the blue, as never had heart problems before.

Just don't know if I should mention it or not when booking, when I get out of the hospital and back to pooning.

i think you should be asking your doctor weather you should be pooning or not. Do not put once on sp to look after your health emergency!
better think clearly.talk to your health professionals,

If I was the most healthy person on earth, in the prime of my life, and 40 Olympic gold medals in my kitchen drawer at home. Its still doubtful a Doc would condone me continuing in this hobby.
Its akin to asking an airline pilot if they are great, or crappy as a pilot. They will all tell you they are great, and almost God like.

Again phrase it better: "is it safe for me to engage in sexual activities?" You don't have to always give the naked truth!

I don’t think your understanding his original post .
He’s asking if a client should let his provider know if he’s on the mend from a significant health issue.

Any “hands on” practitioners would want to know , you get asked before a dentist , RMT or any therapy if you’ve had any significant issues “
Answer is always yes .
I don’t get the impression he’s looking for medical advice 🤔

See posts #5, 13 before jumping in. No one's giving him any medical advice here.

An SP is not a dentist , RMT or any therapist. I already said as much in #5.

You’re missing the point , if you’re seeing anyone who could be potentially raising your heart rate or blood pressure you should let them know . Obviously we’re not giving medical advice but it would sure help knowing if you’re unconscious & I have to call for help 😑

:rolleyes:And you are better equipped than his doctor to determine whether it's safe for him to see you?

Jesus , are you even reading?? …
He’s NOT asking that . I trust a grown man to make his big boy decisions. That’s between you & your dr whether you see escorts when you’re on the mend . should you let us know ?
YES ! Then we have the choice of whether or not to see you .

I am definitely not asking for medical advice.

Just a simple question to the professional ladies in the biz.

Would they, or would they not, like to be informed by a customer, that they were significantly hurt in an MVA in the past few years, and then recently had a stroke.

If most would rather not know, then I would not mention it to any of them.

If the majority would like to be informed, then I will make it a part of my initial contact to all of them.

I'm certain that more guys than just me, wonder what to say, or not say.

Plenty of customers are likely injured, or maybe had a stroke.
