Do you mean that when the review was initially posted, you could view the review via directly inputting a URL that the client sent you, but when you looked at the Vancouver Escort Reviews section you didn't see the review listed? That happened to me once before, (in my case it was also a client with a low post count but long ago join date). I can only speculate that perhaps it is a bug or perhaps the mods might have it set up so that reviews from users with under a certain number of posts must be manually approved. But you could try checking with a mod if you are concerned.
I am curious how often and why this happens????
