Question about 'open minded'

What do the key words 'open minded' mean?

Many different things to different people. The term "open minded" is completely open for interpretation and a minefield not worth walking in.

When I see that in a SP ad, I assume it means they are open minded about something they don't want to come right out and say in the ad. It could mean open minded about services we can't discuss here or about drug use or something else. I see it as a red flag and avoid those providers. It could also mean something less nefarious but then why the need to just hint at it?
