Just a question I've always wondered about working for an agency

When you "apply" to work at the agency, what kind of interview process is there, how intensive?

also, when you see your first client, are you just booked and the first guy who calls in is who you see, or does the agency have select regulars they offer your services to as a trial run which they give feedback to the agency regarding their experience from a clients point of view of a new girl

any instances where a new girl is with her first client and she simply cant do it and changes her mind mid session, leaving the guy "hanging"

Always wondered, Always wanted to see a "new to the industry girl" (Often "announced" here in Vic) and just wondered what kind of prep the girl may have had

Ok now to your questions:
Interview will not be rigorous, and will be things like - 1) ever done sex work before, 2) do you have a drug problem, 3) have you had a health exam done recently, 4) will you use condoms during blowjob (for sex it is assumed), 5) do you do anal.

Some agencies have regulars who get to see the new girls first.

Yes, some new girls freak out and stop mid-session.

Most agencies probably give no prep whatsoever, but I did know of one where the female owner taught the girls how to give different kinds of massages and show the girls how to handle clients as they progressed from massage to full service. It's been reported that some managers of some agencies, particularly if the manager is female, gives the girl pointers on how to give a blowjob, etc.

Well each agency is different.But the interview process is based on your looks and ability to handle clients.They ask what you willing or not willing to offer and how much or little you want to work.They will ask if you do drugs or party. Nowadays they will ask you what kind of goals you have as some will pay for surgery, school or teeth.
Then they take some pictures and post ads for you. That way the client is booking with you based on your pics and services offered.
And of course some girls change their minds. Better the first day then a couple of years down the road!
As far as training well I haven't ever encountered anyone who received any but it seems as though that is slowly changing.
There are some things that you just can't train someone to do.I think training SP's in massage, dancing, walking & talking with confidence, some pointers in regards to bj's maybe and some budgeting are all great ideas. But when it comes to the nitty gritty, either you got it or you don't. How an SP performs sexually is part of who she is, its her personality and what she likes in the sack.
