IIRC Jayla Quinn is in the Quadra Village area. I think Jessikah James also isn't far. If you're ok with HJ+massage then Grace on 5th is right there.

EOA’s downtown location is also very close to Quadra village. Search on Leolist with 5771 phone number
I wouldn't consider it very close but short drive. Probably close to 30 minute walk.
