I am not a fan per se of Luongo but see a few probs with the Canucks team defence. Clearly out hustled to the puck especially with a very fast Oiler team. Team D is slow losing Erhoff was a dumb move. Salo has been ok but is still slow footed with a big shot. Time will tell how long he can last before he has his 45th injury since coming into the league.

First goal last night was a great goal with not many goalies being able to stop it. The next two should have been stopped with a more solid D and Lou having better anticipation.

I am seeing the Canucks play better in front of Schneider than Luongo. Lu is definitely shaky at the moment.

WtF do you mean "losing Erhoff was a dumb move?" Buffalo is paying him $18 million for his first two years.....That's $9 million per year averaged for those number challenged....Do you think Erhoff, who was basically a puck moving, power play specialist, is worth twice as much as Kesler....or 3 times what Bieska is making?

The fans who trash luongo are called non fans(peop in the forum say we're not true fans if we trash luongo). Kinda reminds me of what you said with the rioters are not the fans comment.

I have more of a problem with the forwards not putting the puck in the net. Schneids is playing well IMHO.

Well lets see....Kipper was red hot last night and made 34 saves.....19 of them in the 3rd and the Flames won 4-2..it must really suck to have luongo between the pipes and smokin pole.

I think all the Lou stories, are really hiding some real problems.
Right now the team is basically the Sedins, Salo, and Edler.

But, no. Not wishing we had Calgary's team instead just yet...

He didn't play last night but I personally don't care for the dude.

Either you are wrong or AM 660 sports is wrong......with AM 660 constantly repeating the results of the game all day long today......I am going to side with AM 660.

And on a side note and am super fucking happy that Calgary does not have the waffling luongo as a goalie.

Good thing Schneider was in net....otherwise it would have been an 8-0 shutout if luongo had played....as for what I said my info was about Kipper....an actual good goalie who stops pucks and lots of them compared to the Million Dollar Man luongo.....cripes I could stop more pucks with a pasta colander than he could with his glove & blocker combined.....am so glad the canucks roped him into a sweetheart 7+ year deal though....yup that was so smart....as in Homer lighting his GSD on fire and dancing around the living room singing " I am so smart....I am so smart...SMRT...I mean SMART...SMART SMART SMART"

Team is playing much better hockey the last 2 games, starting in period 1.

The flames? I dont know, this was the only time I have watched them so far.
I hope this was just a really bad game from them.

I was being sarcastic about missing the shutout, even though that last minute goal is not the first.
Great game.

Early lead tonight. Its just such an easy division, assuming the Oilers cool off, which I think they will. For this year anyways.
