Purse Snatching Mugger Arrested

While out on bail for a violent purse snatching in June 06 this scum bag (my words) terrorizes the city 4 more times, with 4 more victims clubbed with a tire iron for their purse, one victim still in serious condition in hospital.

The suspect is not likely to be released any time soon.

His name is Frank Siniscalchi, 37, of Vancouver. Looks like he was feeding his drug habit from his loot.

Police spokesman Const. Tim Fanning said Siniscalchi was arrested two days ago after being pulled over for driving erratically in the northeast corner of the city. Police allege he had drugs in the car.
