Yes Jazz is east Indian. Tried her at 9B, but last I saw she was a vixen girl.

99% are fake. Usually asking for deposit or when you go to their apartment, they ask for e transfer before letting you inside their door lol. I believe Jess is very well reviewed here though
ALSO if you are of an Indian/south Asian background, be ready to be denied. A lot of the Indian SPs here do not do business with East Indian, because of discretion and lack of professionalism (what I have heard).
I am Filipino, my roommate is Indian and he was denied by SPs who I went to.
