I wasn't sure if the lounge or health information was the most appropriate place to put this, but then I realize my target audience visits neither of those forums. I wanted to put it in the reviews section actually but thought it was slightly more appropriate in the 411.
Due to the lack of hard evidence (DNA samples, etc.) and the sensitivity of the topic I will refrain from using the names of any girls or phone numbers that they are associated with. If you would like more detail feel free to PM me.
I was diagnosed with mono recently. Some background on it for those curious; it's certainly not comfortable but not the end of the world either. I went about most of my daily activities normally while I was unknowingly treated for the symptoms instead. Read about it here.
I'm very confident in knowing who I caught it from because of my frequency of seeing girls is typically no more than once a week, and I caught it after a massive DFK session. Before anyone starts to freak out, that girl is no longer here. Having said that, I believe it's still being spread around since the doctor had found it very peculiar that she had treated for mono a handful of times all from the same demographic as me (Asian male, around 30s). Unsurprisingly, the clinic where I was diagnosed is within vicinity of many of the girls that I and many of you typically see.
I did see girls after I had first contracted it a month ago. Once was before symptoms were obvious and the other two times were when I was feeling fine and taking medications that I thought was treating for something, but I now realize was only masking the symptoms. I didn't pass many if any fluids during any of those three encounters though. I've been in contact with some of the girls I saw and they indicate to me that they're symptom free as well.
So yeah, I do believe there is mono being spread through the shops at the moment. Looks like it started roughly when I had caught it and it is hopefully past its peak in terms of spread. Those with tons of pooning experience have likely caught it at some point in time anyway and thus are immune to it. If you're like me and aren't... then perhaps stay low for a while or avoid passing fluids.
