Does anyone know of any providers that are into video games but don't advertise that they are? There are a couple that I have discovered only after meeting and it's a big turn on for me.

Not sure that I have permission to reveal their secret.
The ones I have discovered have been into horror games (e.g. phasmophobia), LoL, CoD, etc.
Instead of asking providers if they're gamers, you should be asking gamers if they're providers.
That's a fast way to get on a number of interesting lists. 😅
