How do you explain a judge agreeing one of the Bacon brothers had his rights violated for not having his TV in a convenient place.
How do you explain so many cases thrown out by judges because of Charter violations?
How do you explain Crown not proceeding with so many cases because they don't think a judge would convict?
How do you explain groups like VANDU, who contribute nothing to society and rob, steal and cheat to get money for drugs getting concessions from police and the city?
