There are a few SPs that offer prostate massages.
I've never personally got a prostate massage or a regular massage myself so I can't tell you if they can help with ED and of if they are effective.
I'm not really into that kind of stuff.
I'm not sure how well it helps with ED problems, but I can attest to the whole "earth-shaking" orgasms part....

There are also ways of doing it that do not actually even involve any anal penetration (even just with fingers), for first-timers or those who are just not comfortable with even a well-lubricated fingertip going in their bum.
