Thing is, aren't there hockey groupies in every city, including St. Louis? Doug Gilmour had to leave the Blues because of some allegations of sleeping with his teenaged babysitter. Leaving Edmonton isn't going to stop him from pooning and impregnating groupies wherever he ends up. And as I alluded to earlier in the thread, fucking around seems to be ingrained in the NHL culture.
