Before I lived here, it wasn't irregular for my visits to end with the last half hour being cuddling or naps - and that was at full price (which is higher there too, by about 100/hr). One of my best regulars would book 2 hours - 1 for fun, 1 for him to literally nap. I was welcomed to let myself out at the end if I could not or did not wish to rouse him. There's no such thing as social rates either, so every lunch or dinner I attended was also at full rate and wait for the big shocker: 1/4 of them had no private time afterwards.

It's a different world out there my friend, and some people aren't just looking for a faceless $80 quickie and see that as less VFM than an hour of cuddling with someone they can talk actual adult topics with.

Some people truly desire human touch and companionship with a sprinkling of sex, and some would like sex with a sprinkling of true human interaction. Those two groups are the people I appeal to.
