Price went up

In lame terms increase is due to business costs of expenses such as advertising on leo. Which is reasonable. I moved here about 5 yrs ago and rates were relative the same. I was expecting a raise in costs due to leo being so expensesive. Only thing I don't understand in Vancouver area Asian mircos is the 45min and 60min jump of 40. It's just a little weird to me. That was the most recent jump in price the time I spent in Vancouver that I can recall.

5 years ago the asian micros OP is talking about were 160/45, 200/hr, they moved up 20 bucks approx 2 yrs ago due to the increased advertising on Leo... I do recall this discussed on here. Now another increase to 200/45, 240/hr. I suppose it makes sense as besides gas practically everything else has gone up in price this year!!
Other micros like K604, LFL, Daynight have all moved there prices up over the last couple years as well.
I guess we either have to find more cash or just poon less ..

I walked into tiger. I said how's business? Sara says really busy and there's a $20 increase to be more in line with the industry, are u ok with it? I said yup! It's that simple folks it's supply and demand. Don't need y'all fancy degrees to figure this out.

At the end of the day this isn't Walmart and these are human people were talking about so $20 is nothing. I don't care how much you make we all spend $20 on stupid shit easy. The lady says this is the price and u decide if u want to or not.

$20 doesn't buy much of anything these days in metro vancouver so what is the use of targeting your complaints against Asian Micros? Average rate for independents is $260 on up. Maybe if the NDP get in power they can Unionize the micros and they will suddenly be on par with independents.

Quit your whining.

For the sake of argument and logic, if a 20 doesn't buy anything, why be so petty and ask for it then?
