Preferred/Verified Guest list?

Hello All,

I’m still getting my sea legs with our Eden facility and forgive me if I’m a little shaky at times. This is why I want to consult with all the “Pooners” (correct term?) and Sps on here…

Over the short period we have operated this facility, we have come to know some regulars that we can trust to keep their pre-bookings.

However

With the ability of some unsavory people to create texting ap numbers in minutes, we have noticed that fake bookings have become an increasing issue and preventing the good people from attending.

Considering that this is best described as a discreet hobby for many if not most, I was wondering if the guests of Eden would be open to us keeping a list of “Preferred Guests” done in a discreet non-identifying manner?

I would propose a minimum requirement of at least one visit with our facility and/or one of our members.

Maybe a 4-digit number and a name for identification. With your 4-digit pin number and name, we could confidently create bookings for that verified Guest.

Does this sound about right or does anyone have other suggestions?

Winnipeg has serious issues with fake bookings and several touring ladies avoid us because of it.

We have zero desire to collect people's names what so ever.

I'm kind of looking forward toward seeing the names picked to use a pin number if we move forward with this. The "Preferred Guest" designation would be of no cost.

EB does this...alias name with a customer number...and if you buy a prepaid package ...you can earn a free room fee once you have made X number of visits

The old Nevadas also had a card file system with an alias name/number and also recorded your visits(date/length of visit) as you would get a free room fee after X number of visits as well.

They were basically loyalty/preferred booking registries that helped them reduce "no show/bogus" bookings... with the members completely anonymous. If you abused it by not showing up you lost your privileges.

Maybe I am missing something but I'm not sure how this would prevent fake bookings. While regulars could register with you as "Preferred Guests", there are still going to be guys call, who are first timers and thus in your system. There would still be the opportunity to book and then not show up. Or are you going to restrict bookings only to guys who register with you? All others (non - Preferred Guests) cannot book ladies ahead and only have walk-in as their option?

All are welcome to book however if we cannot confirm that they will show up, we cannot guaranty availability. It is not fair to a lady. We have been asking for a call-back number in case the Member requested becomes unavailable (gets sick, personal matter and so on). This seems to have been working pretty good but I was trying to think of a better process.

New (to us) guests are treated very well and accommodated to our best ability. They seem to become very relaxed after receiving the "Eden Experience" and finding out that we have a safe space not only for our Members but also for their Guests. We do also commit to keep any information given to us completely confidential.

I was just trying see if someone had the magic answer but the thought of a frequent flyer card could be in the future.

This thread is closed, you guys should know better than to give out information that can identify yourself. As for the no show problem that’s been an issue for years, the more high profile the organization or provider the bigger the problem. This is more than random individuals it’s the pimps and handlers who are causing these issues.
