Posting in specific sections?

Hello,

I just joined perb.cc and have been wondering how to post in specific sections in correlation with my city. I've confirmed and activated my account on gmail, but I'm still restricted to posting outside of the general area. I apologize for the question as it might seem obvious to you guys but im lost lol. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

I believe your account is activated after doing the email verification but has to be reviewed by a mod or administrator before it has posting rights. I have been known to be wrong on occasion but its my best guess. I am sure perbmod can clarify.

Check your junk mail filter. These domains are sometimes blacklisted.
