Posting help! Mods?

I am having some technical difficulties.

When I post I automatically get a message saying that I have to wait 90 seconds before posting.
This is odd since I have made a few posts much more than 90 seconds apart.
And, after the 90 seconds when I am able to post, two identical posts are getting added to the threads.

As nerd who prides himself on clean posting habits I am feeling a little embarrassed.

Mods can you help?

Don't submit it again when the 90 second notification appears, just go back to the thread and refresh. It has actually posted your reply already.

Not your fault. The system has gremlins that Fred Zed is simply unwilling to deal with. End of story...like Miss Anders says, just ignore the message (unless you really have tried to post twice within 90 seconds, then the message does mean what it says).

It's a feature!!! we're not quite sure what it's good for yet but Fred swears the site operates the way it should....
