I have recently ventured into the porn arena. Gus is someone that I had talked to about doing movies. He did not thoroughly explain what the deal was. But now that I see with clarity what his arrangement is, I am extremely happy I did not opt to work with him. The reason I didn't work with him is that safety was not his primary concern. I feel terribly sad for the girl involved in this. She is making very little of the proceeds of the $250 and is working on the promise of making big $$$ in the future. I doubt this girl is fully aware that Gus is charging the guys, and probably assuming that the guys involved are tested. Gus doesn't conduct himself the way the other companies I have talked to. He blows this off as "the vancouver companies being amateurs and low budget hacks". In reality a decent and established company will pay both the girl and the guy involved, testing is absolutely done on all parties. I guess it's probably a good deal for pooners. But this situation makes me terribly sad.
