Honda, where is the directive coming from since you have a Democratic Governor?
Is it that group that throws money at Police and then wants something in return? Or is it the State Attorney looking to run on an anti crime ticket?
Seems like they are spending a lot of time (money) to arrest SP's. It's not exactly like taking down a drug cartel.
