Pooning in China

So this is my second business trip to China (and a bit longer one too).

In addition, I'll be attending a friends wedding (and bachelor party) in Yunan.

Last time there I was treated by some suppliers to massage places/spa/hotels. But these were strictly non-FS unenthusiastic low quality massage providers with HJ ending.

I tried finding some SPs on my own, but as all my other non-business pursuits in China, had no luck due to significant language barriers. I like Asian SPs locally so that's no issue.

Unlike my trips to other parts of the world, I suffer significantly in China, which I'm told is quite unlike the experience some other people have especially when it comes to pooning.

Are there any perbators with experience that can offer tips to make my trips more enjoyable in China?

Oh and I don't have an unlimited budget but neither am I broke.

First thing to know is that prostitution is illegal in most of China. If the place you go / the prostitute you see has not acquired "protection" from the police - you are going to jail.

Most of the prostitution is in "Tea Houses" and massage is all you will get until the establishment is sure you are safe. There are brothels for the Chinese Male working poor, but foreigners are not tolerated there, even if the house has "protection", the police won't "look aside" if a foreigner is accommodated.

Once you have acquired contacts and have learned a little Mandarin, you may be "invited" to the more expensive places. It's by referral.

Or, you can grab a flight/train to Hong Kong, North Korea (the joke is "they hate Westerners but love your money") or Vietnam.

In Beijing and Shanghai there is a large Western community. 800,000 in Beijing, 1,200,000 in Shanghai. If you involve yourself and make contacts, you will find that there are ladies from all over the world that work quite willingly in China despite the laws and the certainty that they are going to jail if caught.

There are a lot of Police and Chinese Military Police everywhere. Until they get bored with you, they will watch everything you do. For the first few months, go to Hong Kong or Vietnam.

lots of places where you have hostess bars or dance/karaoke establishments where you pay for a hostess to drink with you. normally they charge you a fee and when you buy their drinks they receive a soft drink but you get billed for a cocktail

you can take a hostess to a karaoke room or pay a fee to the house and she will go back to your hotel with you

many hotels have one or two mamasans hanging around outside, they will approach you (mostly at night) and ask if you want a girl to take back to your room, she will phone one of the girls who are all nearby for you to have a look and if you approve, the girl will go back to your room with you for a shower, and play time

beware in shanghai, girls will slip something in your drink and drug you. steal everything they can get in your hotel room and leave you. passport, ID, credit cards, cash, computer, camera, etc etc

never accept a drink from them or leave your glass or bottle unattended while you go to the bathroom for instance, (might save an embarrassing call home for some money and trip to the embassy to get new passport)

be extra careful in Asia, in the karaoke rooms the girls will order drinks for you, I just leave them on the table and after 4 drinks are lined up there they get the message that I won't drink them, you will have to pay for them of course or risk the bouncer knocking you about

if your hotel is an expensive one, the girls in the bars or outside are less likely to mess with you, otherwise they would be cleared out

guess I would recommend never letting your guard down and if your spidy senses are tingling, walk. its not worth it to end up in the wrong situation

cab drivers will try and convince you they can take you to a brothel, steer clear of these guys, you will get rolled at one of these places and the cabbie makes a commission for taking you there

massage places with overnight rooms are quite common, these places tend to be hit and miss but safe (again watch out for being drugged though)

Go to KTV if you are invited. When the lineup of girls comes ask if any speak english. Some of the KTV girls will come back to your hotel.

Thanks summerbreeze and sdw for the advice! Kinda scary but it's better for me to know this than not.

Bradkp - never thought about the Hotel staff idea. Will try it out this time.

There is enough catch locally here and I'm usually only there for a week or two so I'll take your advice and lay it low.

KTV are the worse if you don't know the game. Walk in paying a small entrance fee and the bill comes to 200 Canadian dollars when you leave for a few drinks and lady time.
The best are still the good old massage parlors, straight up prices.
