Could not have said it better. You'll have a much better time if you do your research here and find exactly what you want. Trail and error at $200.00/hr plus can be more than a little discouraging. I haven't had a really bad time since I joined PERB, it's saved me more than once.

With the licensing controversy that popped up a few weeks ago, you're not going to get a lot of people giving you specific location information anymore. At least not for awhile. Most of the information is out there already. It sucks, but I have to say "just search."
