As much as I'd hate to defend Stephen Harper.... there is NO WAY he should be on that list. There are FAR MORE vile beings that have committed war atrocities in the last 100 years ... heck...the last 30 years... that should be put well in advance of Harper, who really is no more than a yes man to George Bush.
Hitler should be #1, unless you want to install Pol Pot or Stalin there... depending on how you look at things. Actually, the list should 'probably' read:
Stalin
Hitler
Pol Pot
After that, you can look at:
George Bush
Suddam Huessein
and whomever ever else has been at war in the last century.

WHoever added Harper to the list can't tell the difference between his asshole and a hole in the ground. Harper is the leader of a government that has sent troops where they are needed based on a UN resolution and as part of a NATO mission that we're a founding member.
But maybe then Harper should be the "worst" war criminal in history because he wasn't very good at it, and Hitler should be the "best". LOL

I don't think Harper is a "yes" man of "DumbAss". If he were, then why didn't he commit Canadian troops to Iraq?

I can't really give you a response on why the other people voted for their choices but I can tell you why I voted the worst crime in my opionion was againt the First Nations People. While the other crimes such as the Holicost, crimes commited by the Japanese, by Pol Pot etc. for the most part did not completely wipe out the intended victims.
But the crimes against the First Nations People has been quit complete. Most of their culture, art, historic lands are gone. Many of the First Nations People still live in the most horrific living conditions and many still suffer from trama from abuse by those sick priests. I would say Hilter on a scale of 1 to 10 achieved about a 7 on thouroughness against the Jews. But the First Nations rates a 9 on the degree of destruction against them.
Please excuse some of my thoughts and grammer and spelling because as I'm writing this I am really dopped up from pain medications.
