that is it for me ..... no more discussion on if and how .....

I will keep posting ..... till fredZ won't run out of hard drive space or ban me .... or whatever first

the talking is over
OR..... out of respect and consideration for others who frequent this board, and who may not share your zeal for all things internet-related, you could choose to post all of your internet discoveries in one long thread each day. Your posting is not being censored, nor even limited, but this method would allow others to quickly locate or avoid your posts as they desire, without cluttering up the lounge as you are doing right now.

Nobody's forcing you to do anything, but it would certainly be a nice gesture on your part, since it seems that a substantial number of members on this board are finding themselves annoyed or inconvenienced by the sheer volume of vancouverman threads.

A little bit of consideration for others can go a long way in keeping people happy here :)

Jodie .... you say things like .... "out of respect" and "consideration for others" .... nice words ..... and maybe it would get the expected result at different time. why do you all assume I would care .....

True -- sociopaths don't give a rat's ass.

What experiment? Don't flatter yourself-- you're just compulsive.

It was fun in the beginning, and while it caters to the taste of many, it is still catering to some not all ..... and now it's being done to excess. Let's have a bit of moderation Vanman. You're monopolizing and there's no need for that. Put your ego aside for a bit.

I don't know what everyones problem is  I just got in from work, cracked a beer,,,,logged on and saw there were (90) new posts!!
Lit a cigar, had a sip and hit (new posts)

It's in the pretty blue bar below the header,Calender on the left, search on the right

Now,when I surf this board, usually I know what I'm looking for,may it be some posters who I enjoy reading,a new heading(subject) or something I have replyed to that struck me as interesting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Took me all of 10 minutes to view everything that caught my eye, give me a laugh and post a reply here and there.

I just don't see what the big deal is,,,when I have more time to waste,,I enjoy going back and checking on threads&posts I might have skipped over,,,,,,,,,,,,it's called Entertainment.

Carry on kidds

Some people don't have 10 minutes to waste.

That's 70 minutes a week. And 5 hours a month. 60 hours a year.
600 hours in 10 years.

Imagine how many episodes of Boston Legal & 24 are being missed
in that time.

Every 10 minutes wasted is a potential BJ in life you got ripped off of.

Time is life. Wasted time is a waste of life.

I wouldn't want to spend 10 minutes every day emptying my inbox
of spam mail. Would you?

It depends on the person. Normal math skills, maybe 15-20 seconds.
If innumerate, could be a lot longer.
Lacking ability to check the math (actually, it's just simple arithmetic) -- who knows, it might take an hour.
An hour a day is 2 weeks a year -- a big chunk out of anyone's life. My advice is don't go there.
