I know, because I read! Something you should try instead of cleaning your gun day and night. The truth is, the US forces see 100X the action Canadian forces see...if not 1000X. Do the math, if you can...


eg. In the first Iraqi War, Canadian forces were part of the alliance, but played a "support" role, which is usually the case for Canadian forces.

Afghan battle is the first real action Canadian forces have seen in decades. Even then, it's not a full on war, it's more like hide and seek.

I have relatives that served in many wars, and heard their stories. Please don't pretend you are all knowing about other people...

No, because some people can't comprehend that it's these people that make it possible for you and others like you to have different points of view. I agree with you in that Iraq is sheer stupidity, there was no justification for it.
A-stan, another matter, I'd say that was justified, you disagree. Fine we can slam each others points of view. It does not justify insulting the soldiers that have made the choice of being there. Remember, Canada doesn't go to war that often and the troops spend a lot more time at home in service to the country. Kelowna forest fires, Red River floods, possible Fraser River floods, and don't forget if you go out in the woods to-day, and get lost, those yellow helicopters looking for you are operated by the Canadian Armed Forces.

As to anger management, don't worry about that, I learned to manage that quite well, probably before you were born.
