It's an interesting specialty - you need lower body power to pick up the speed, upper body strength to plant/hold the pole and good core for the vault. And coordination to tie everything together.
My thoughts exactly. She is one fine specimen of the female form. I'm would have no qualms about letting her vault my pole. It can be a good core workout with a nice protein shot at the end.
But in all seriousness, she is an absolutely amazing athlete.
