I'd really like to know what the limit is for those things because it seems to be quite small. I'm getting inbox full e-mails at least twice a day (apparently there is a downside to suddenly being so popular).

I'd also like some ideas for keeping PM's because some of them contain info I'd like to keep (without having to dig through a pile of printouts on my desk) and then there's those sweet, complimentary ones I'd like to hang onto for sentimental reasons.

Is there a way to forward these things to an e-mail account? Or are there better ways to manage the PM thing?

the limit is 30 and that includes all of your folders..sent, inbox, hold and any others you've created all go towards that total..the only other way to keep the info is to copy paste into word or something of the like
