Also if people think their reviews are getting deleted, they have the option of not posting reviews or just not posting reviews here.

True, but if you don't post reviews, you take some heat for it or may be outright disregarded and flamed for it.
Well, I'd say to that:

1) Why do you care what a bunch of anonymous internet people think or say to you? The vast majority of people that flame others for not having reviews do not have a very high review to post ratio and these people would just use any opportunity to attack you for disagreeing with them anyways. If you don't have any reviews, then your voice doesn't count and you're a leech, if you have a few reviews, you have too few reviews, if you have some reviews than it will be your join date or some other reason why people will try to attack you. Don't get dragged down by a bunch of keyboard warriors...

2) Examine the reason behind why you would post reviews. I post a review because I had a positive experience with a lady and I want to help her be successful by sharing the experience. I also think this is useful for a new SP or a touring SP, to help her have success to keep working or returning for tours. I would only share a bad review on a place that I knew would not be censored or edited but if it was just a "chemistry thing" I wouldn't share it or if it was something minor, I'd let the SP know first what I thought went wrong. But if it is a horrible experience overall, people should know.

3) Don't get too caught up in trying to be a part of the "Pooner Community", this isn't a brotherhood or whatever and there are a number of jerks in it. Every client has a reason why they are paying for sex and, as one SP has told me, sometimes it is not because they are too unattractive on the outside to date, it is because they are too unattractive on the inside. In fact I have have had bad experiences with other pooners that try to fuck me over with SPs, one example is when a pooner PM'd me to try to get the lowdown on a SP claiming he had never seen her before and wanted to make a good impression, turns out he had already seen her repeatedly and after PM'ing me, he told her she should stop seeing me because I had seen other SPs and shared her personal information with him, the latter of which was completely false. That certainly doesn't make it seem like a helpful, friendly brotherhood to me...

To wrap up, I'd say use PERB, TER and all the other ones as a resource, if you want to contribute to it, that's great, and you don't have to even post a full review to contribute, you can post responses in 411 or concurring comments or even contrary comments in the review section. But at the end of the day, don't get too wrapped up by what a bunch of random, anonymous people you will probably never meet on the internet say to you or about you.

I'm not worried about it.
My one review was in January and I have Pooned since.
I was just pointing out that review-snobbery exists.

For me, I'm still thinking about posting more reviews or not, what tone to use, how much detail etc...
The memories are forever, so I’m not in a hurry if I decide to post more.

I couldn’t care less about what anyone thinks.

There is a review section for those who wish to add reviews and the Lounge for other topics.
I don’t know about what others see in the Lounge  but when I open it, right at the top I see this:

Forum: The Lounge
Open discussion area for all

I can't see anything related to reviews as a prerequisite, maybe it's just my eyes
It is not review snobbery at its heart jn my opinion, people are going to attack and flame away at people they disagree with, they will just hide behind one reason or the other and no or not enough reviews is just one potential reason.
