I heard about this a long time ago, just googled it recently, yep been done before. Does anyone know of an SP or MP that does this as a hobby or as a biz for their clients. Make a rubber mold of your erection, and then make a plaster of paris casting. ???

It’s the other way around. Use bandages and plaster of paris to make a mould, then use latex or silicone and foam to make a replica. A lady gave me a model of her tits once and demonstrated.

If you use the bandage wraps you don’t need a lot of plaster. You don’t need nearly as much as if you were setting a broken arm.
Use just enough so the mould hold its shape. It may get warm but not hot.
A very light layer of massage oil will help release the penis from the mould.
