I was told by Shaw that more advanced tv's plasma etc, recieve digital signals when they are not supposed to. I am getting the full music channels when I have not subsribed to them (not that I am complaining) Never had that happen on the old tube tv that I had:confused:

Hey Sarge,

I'm planning to buy a plasma set this winter. What size, brand, spec did you buy and how long have you had it and, are you happy with it so far??
Thanks.
I bought a 42" HP Plasma HDTV PL4272N

I have had it a total of 3 days, and I love it. Wicked for watching movies on, you get to see details that where not there before. It has excellent sound, and it looks good as well. Mind you, it's a bitch to unpack, almost 100 pounds. Better grab a buddy, or end up with a sore back:eek:

The set up was almost automatic, variety of choices for sound, picture, etc. The thing I didn't like is it takes it sweet time scanning for the channels, but after that you are set!
