looks like she has plead guilty and will get house arrest for somewhere between 6-18 months. The judge will pass sentence in the future. She will also be losing the three houses she bought with her ill gotten gains. Luckily no charges of human trafficking. Not too bad considering she socked away lots of cash back to China before she got busted.

Why lucky no human trafficking? No hint that any of those girls were coerced or deceived. Basically she was guilty of tax evasion, and will pay for that. Those K-girls knew what they were getting into and had an opportunity to make good money.

And, the pictures of Pinky in the local papers....nice. Definitely a hot asian older lady. Wonder if she was a SP (several other madams/mamasans that I met were so I wonder about Pinky. Lucy at Atlantis being the most spectacularly hot (wish she was still in the biz))

I seem to recall that about 4 years ago when her micro was first reviewed that posters said that she had worked as an SP. In fact the place got good reviews because the girls were said to have provided service as good as Pinky's.

Maybe just maybe there were no charges of human trafficking ......umm because there was NO HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

just that the cops didn't try to hang that charge on her. It looks like she may only loose one house and save two others. That is if Proceeds of Crime and Revenue don't jump on the band wagon to.

There may be no human trafficking in the sense of holding women hostage to do this work, but arranging for women to travel from one country (yes with their consent and approval of the job) to another to do a job that is deemed illegal must some how constitute human trafficking of some sort? The women who she has working for her are here illegally to a point because they are not here for the stated purpose of their visa. I cannot see there wouldn't be some type of international law forbidding the importation of prostitutes from foreign lands into Canada (or any other country for that matter).

Only in Canada you say

These girls knew exactly what they were coming to Canada for.
Work for a year and go home with $$$$$ Canadian. lol

Illegal only because she did not get a Business licence and pay taxes otherwise BBC and others would be busted every day.

I'm surprized she will even lose one of them.
