I posted before that I was flooded by the tenant upstairs, running his shower overnight, during the heatwave.

Yes, this is over my shower. Anyone wanna see the upstairs tenant's toilet?

Let's all say in unison: "it can always get worse!"

(making lemonade...making more lemonade...selling lemonade on corner for 50 cents...)

Bummer. Probably more frustrating it's not a natural disaster, it was a "Stupid Tennant Trick". - - At least it wasn't the reverse, trying to winter-warm the place with the toaster, and burning it down, along with all your lovely dungeon and devices!

Oooooh! If you have excess lemonade, you might save it for certain golden showers 'training'!

An accidental 'discovery', as often you have to melt snow to make drinking water...
