Isn't Thaison on Broadway near Kingsway (across from KGM) rather than Kingsway near Main? If this is the place you are talking about, yes it is very good and a good location. Also, not far from Ping Ping. That's a twofer for me.

I looked for Thaison on Kingsway near Main, and it was not there.

Perhaps SFMike is correct. I'll look for it on Broadway.

Pho Bich Nga
You know, Lisa, this is probably the pho place I frequent most frequently.
The location at Victoria & Kingsway is very convenient for me, the food is pretty good and the price is reasonable.

However, I must confess that I pronounce their name in a way that is not at all politically correct.

Does anybody on PERB know the correct way to say Pho Bich Nga?

I love that place, both for the food and the name, I have taken pictures of the sign and send it all over the world it is freakin classic! No one ever believes me that ther eis a resturaunt with that name! ohh sometimes political incorrectness is the greatest comic relief! Great fun!

There is a Vietnamese restaurant called Phen Nom on East Georgia Street in Chinatown. This place was previously located on West Broadway a few years ago. Anyone been here???
