Maybe it's a dumb question but for places like Phichada that don't offer anything outside of massage, is it still expected to tip or just pay the stated price?

In an establishment the masseuse get only a cut of the state price so a tip is expected/ appreciated.
This is obviously different for individual providers who get to keep the state price.
Extras are extras whatever you agree to pay.

I saw Mya and got very nice HE. Very good massage and she was kind of romantic, sang along to all these songs on the radio. Could be not to your taste but I found it nice. She said she would do a duo with Hidy for me next time. On facebook they put the names of new girls, seems like there is a ton now: Seiya Jessie Snow Emma Eva.
