I am not really giving much of a review, more of :clap2: for a very kind person. I had a 2 hour booking yesterday with another sp who had some things happen in her life and was unable to make our appt. This was short notice for me as I am up Island and not near a computer until after 4, booking was at 6. Peyton was agreeable to seeing me on very short notice, all this was arranged between the ladies and just checked to see if that worked for me. I want to thank Peyton and the other young lady for getting me to see her last night. She has loads of fantastic well deserved reviews so I won't bore you with my 90 minutes of her company. Such a nice bum!!! had to say that. I would love to see her again when not one of the hottest days of the year. Thanks again for helpin a brother out!!

An SP cancelled on you and then arranged a replacement? Wow! That is the single best customer service story I've heard in this hobby.

Kudos to both of these ladies.

The SP who cancelled happens to be a good friend of mine in the 'outside world' and we speak on a daily basis. Since we communicate regularly, it was really no trouble for her to ask me short notice.

Had the situation been reversed, I would have most definitely asked her to do the same (if the proverbial client was interested in seeing her).

I really appreciated it I can tell you that!! The only other time it happened to me, another sp, I was already down in vic. so I wound up at an agency where I had nothing but the phone persons description and was not the best of times. Both ladies are fantastic!!
