PPs on P

I'll start:

1. Obvious shills - do you really think we're that stupid?

2. People that post useless things, especially when it bumps an old thread. For example, there is someone on here who posts "????????????????????" without typing any letters. Um...did you have a question you wanted to ask? Or someone chiming in "me too". Ok did I really have to open up a thread to see you agree with someone else? No wonder you have a million posts.

3. People that try and start fights on here. What's the point? Not happy in your life and feel brave online? Not to mention any names but there's one member in particular who I'm thinking of. He is always posting dumb shit and even PMed me once trying to start something.

4. People that rate too high because they think the girl will read it. If you're really scared of hurting the girl's feelings, then don't post at all. People waste their hard earned money and time seeing these girls you rate too highly. I also hate when guys come on here and feel they have to defend girls that get poor ratings. Like the guy that argued with me over a particular girl's rating and tried to tell me she "couldn't get any skinner and didn't have an ounce of extra fat on her body", yeah right sir.
Also, there's a guy on here that uses a 12 pt scale. We use a 10 pt scale on PERB.

5. This is minor but people that write "treat her right". Well duh obviously. You should treat everyone right no matter who they are (with a few exceptions). BTW writing it in your review won't make people any more or less likely to treat the SP right.

6. People that ignore my PM's for info (not that I request info that often). I respond to all requests for info, even if it's from someone who has zero post.
Also people on here telling someone they don't deserve info because they don't have a lot of posts. Who cares? Some of these guys with 200 posts have only done 1-2 reviews.

What are everyone else's PPs on P?

1) Poor grammar and misspelled words, e.g. confusing the use of their, there and they're.
2) Reviews that do not include pricing, and pricing that does not follow the Jade Canoe convention.

Funny you should say that. I actually prefer people writing $150 instead of 7 greens and 1 purple or $.50 (did I get that right?)
Why don't people just write the actual dollar amount?

Me too!! Oops...
Heres my 2 cents. I don't quite agree to the OP's last point. There are pooners (incl myself) who had retired and/or only see that one particular SP therefore, we do not have a lot of recent SP experience to write about. I still check out the review board and the lounge area as it is fun to read other's encounter, in particular, from the more eloquent writers here. My pet peeves are,

1) People telling someone they don't deserve info. If you feel someone do not deserve info due to whatever reasons (low post count, no previous reviews etc), just ignore them.

2) Reviews with missing important informations. Eg) SP's name and location, last 4 phone digit, advertising website, SP's approx. age and body package size, SP's ethnicity, donations and restrictions. To me, these should be mandatory info in any reviews.

3) Long essay type review with no paragraph breaks and/or punctuations.

4) Excessive use of acronyms and netlingos. (I am old school.)

Hey asdfg,

Nice topic. Always feels good to get a few complaints off one's chest.

My pet peeve are pooners who write long reviews. Who has time to read such self-indulgent drivel? What we want here is hard facts, statistics, numbers! :)

But seriously—I've no real peeves with PERB. This site is reasonably lively, well laid out and well moderated. Of course, a few things are always less than ideal anywhere.

1. There seem to be lots of lurkers here and relatively few regular contributors. Of the 100s (or 1000s) of daily SP visits in the Vancouver area, how come only a handful get reviewed?

2. Many frequent posters rarely (or never) write reviews, or even comment on reviews. Some Lounge contributions are informative or at least entertaining—but the Lounge is largely parasitic on reviews, and there seem to be an awful lot of junk topics or at least topics not even remotely related to the focus of an escort review website.

3. I don't care for reviews that consist of barebones L, A, S ratings, with hardly any description at all. And of course, some fellow pooners come across as more congenial than others—personally I don't really care for a certain type of review by slam-bam hotshots who seem to pride themselves on treating SPs callously, almost as if they were cars to be driven.

Hey lawrence8,
I think you misunderstood the intent of my comment (or more likely I didn't write it clearly). What I was trying to say is some of the people on here who tell others they don't deserve information due to a low post count are often members with many posts but yet don't write reviews (I.e. they have hundreds of posts but only 2 of them are reviews). I find it silly that these people think it's their right to tell others they don't deserve info when they themselves don't make many contributions.
The point of this board is to share info and I don't mind sharing with anyone, no matter how few posts they may have.
Hope that clears up my original post.

1. Disrespect towards others, I abhor ignorant maliciousness directed at people not deserving of it.
2. Trolls
3. People not taking the time to read and understand what a person is trying to say due to a lack of common sense/reasoning, only to go on and quote it out of context to discredit the orrigional poster.
4. People not taking the time to read what they post before hitting submit:doh:
5. People who feel it is thier goal to demean a persons experience with a companion, she may have been a 5-7 by your unrealistic superficial standards, but to many others she was a 9 or 10 ans will remain so, so piss off.

Lastly this one is directed to the ladies
6. The number of cold showers I have had to take, due to your amazing sig's:p

Now, I do want to comment about one thing. I myself do not lilke to write reviews of my encounters, I prefer to keep what is behind closed doors between just the two of us. I will pm any member that is inquiring about somone I have spent my time with. I give them an idea of what to expect in a tastefull manner and answer any questions they may have the same way.

I find that the mods have been kicking out the real a-holes effectively over the last few months - I can't think of how many threads The Specialist blew up. I was getting pretty pissed with how the site was dominated by certain of these guys earlier in the year and their shitty attitude towards everything, including the escorts.

The self-importance of certain of the users of this site can be annoying, as if they owned PERB and no one else was entitled to contribute.

There is sometimes too much of a rush to call shill, as if it makes the poster really smart. Often, the slightest research would indicate that the review or comments are not a shill.

It is entirely subjective. Like any review, a service that was a 10 for me (a relative newbie) may only be a 5-7 for a seasoned "pro". It's mostly why I don't really pay too much attention to actual ratings and prefer to read a well-worded review about the overall experience.

White Knights.

I have no problem disagreeing with someone over a review or providing an alternate point of view.
I'm talking about the guys who seem just a bit overzealous in their defense of a lady thinking that they are going to somehow score brownie points for their next visit.

1. Frst of all, we would LOVE it if members would forward suspicious or questionable posts to us for investigation.
2. Secondly, you're all banned for complaining about Perb.
3. Third - Just Kidding about point #2.

4. To a large extent, Perb is member self-moderated. We have a wonderful group of members who see the value of Perb and help us to monitor the threads for poor conduct, posting, offensive PM's etc. We couldn't do it with you.

Nice to see that MODS on Perb have a sense of humour.

The only thing that pisses me off.....I dont give a rats ass about a lot of the shite.....like Hunka with his trash talking and the like.....and I pay no attention to Silky in his many incarnations/handles....the only thing that really pisses me off is when I take the time to write a review of a gal I have seen only to have it buried/knocked down the ladder due to advertisements.....reviews are reviews and advertisements are advertisements....they should be seperate IMO.

Understandable, but until Fred decides he agrees with you advertisers are allowed to post in review areas if they are touring. Keep this in mind the next time you feel its permissible to go into an advertising thread to complain about it. There will be very little patience for this behavior in the future.;)

It's sort of a strange complaint, but I wish those leaving Perb would stick to just one thread, instead of each and every one of them starting their own good-bye thread.

Too much drama and attension seeking for my liking.

I believe it is a PERB unwritten rule that prices have to be given using a silly code that 12-year-olds can understand, but the police cannot.
