I think we had a thread on this a few yrs ago.
And I did the test.
Since then I have been checking out a number of YouTube videos on INFJ.

And that is what I am. It defiantly explains entirely different and why I am a loner.

Most of what they say about different aspects of life are pretty much on. THOUGH I have mellowed through the yrs .And life circumstances has caused me to change in order to adapt. I still am that creative, caring, hard to read person,that puts others first when I see the need to.
And I still basicly retreat to being the being the loner

Any one that really wants to understand me just a little needs to read all about INFJ.
The good the bad and the ugly.

Even though is is a rare personality acitype I actually notice that there a lot on this board that fit the bill.
And I have a number of friends , of my few friends lol
That are also INFJ.
All though I need extroverts to get me going in life .

Sorry I guess I should put this in context
My INFJ personality is based on me taking the Briggs and Myers personality type test.. which determines 16 personality type's with some variances in all .
You can fudge on these test if You have taken msnyifthe be for. And I am guilty of seeing what will happen I pretend to be different them I known I am .I know what will happen if I answer questions about out going in a positive light rather then the negative that I feel..
Then they will peg me as an estrovert. Which i am not. But I can seem like one with certain insperation .
So you do have to be care till when doing these test and don't pigeon hole your personality .


Their test was based on a theory my Carl Jung to return on personality which he toke from Astologogy and how planets in different houses of the zodiac determine people's character traits and their skills and senses under their birth sign.

I only found that out then other day but suspected it when i realized I had read a lot of that in horoscope books. Not much new in this world when trying to determine the human condition .

Just in case you didn't know, Meyers Briggs is complete nonsense. It has about as much validity as astrology or tarot cards.

Well there's a number of you tube videos on all of the of personality types not just INFJ .i am sure if you look up your type you might be surprised that you recognize your traits.
Most of the videos on my different personality traits when it came to love, life behaviour, my likes or dislike of people were all very much right on.
Of course I think we can change through the yrs depending how life experiences effect us.

And like i said you can manipulate any test results if you understand how it work.
I am an introvert most Of the time ,but I have my moments as a extrovert too. Sure I can and can come up with different results..

No test can actually define you it just there to show a00spects of your personality ,that Are good or bad and you can change and improve what ever you don't like ..Thats what we do in life try to make our selves better or be comfortable where we are .

When it comes to Carl Jung it all depend who's camp you are in I agree with much Jung's conclusions and ideas on oncology and psychoanalyst. Other are in Freud camp.

I have one of the more rare personality types as well

though I cannot remember where I came by this,
good things and bad things in my personality,
of note or in relation to this board,
I love to write, but my mind is curious and multi tasking, it is not the right word maybe unfocused, im too curious,
so I write in a jumbo things just come out, I know what im thinking most times, but my mind is so multi tasking it all comes out in a jumbo.

I think the important part in this
or to us is,

girls have a personality too,
they all come across in their ads as willing pleasing entertaining etc etc,
but there all different,

the lady I have seen for years she is like the girl next door the soccer mom next door, the hot school teacher or more the librarian, or some rich
society bitch

the amazing pse lady was like this bad ass biker chic
another lady was like the school brat, who fucked all the football team under the bleachers.

another lady was like the hot office girl who couldn't wait for Friday so she could let her hair down.
another was like this spiritual religious nut,

to me that is who you are paying for and fucking, what ever turns you on some wild biker chic
some librarian
some lady who is into budda and crystals and pyramid's,

and I think we all gravitate to something,

i always test for INFP and like yourself, i've watched a couple youtube videos on INFPs and related very well to all of them. the only other type i could see myself fitting under is ISFP.

but like the mod said, at the end of the day, there's no scientific validity to it. i don't think they should be used to dictate career choices, but considering how many people feel that their result/type is accurate, i think at the very least the myers-briggs test can be a useful guide for the avg person to understand themselves (or others) better and becoming more self aware.

I'm INTJ-T (Turbulent), which makes me analytical and interested in "how things can be improved". Not being as assertive as the INTJ-A, if I can't bring about a change for the better, I will lose interest and abandon the project.

I also did a few personality tests some years ago, -- and it turns out that I am a Chewpussy.
It's a test that requires the participation of some ladies that are hard to come by,--- but me --- easy to get hard and come.

Lots of those sort of tests are out there for checking to see if potential employees would fit in to your organization. If you notice in the tests they will ask one question and a similar question will be posed a bit later to see if you are consistent with your answers.
