Hello, long-time listener, first-time caller.
I'm curious why it is that some places, especially in Richmond, often get visits from LE while other, long-established places in Vancouver like ST, formerly Cleo's, Platinum Club, that spa on Pender and so on... never get bothered. They're all pretty much the same kind of places, right? Cops of course know exactly what's going on at the Platinum Club, I assume, and have for decades, yet they're never bothered. Why is that?
Or may be I'm wrong; I work on Pender near there and have walked past there a thousand times (and in there a few, but that's for a different thread) and no sign of anything, ever.
